Fees are payable at the time of your appointment unless otherwise arranged. Prices, services and policies may be updated from time to time without notice.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations or failure to attend may incur a cancellation fee.

Arriving late may reduce your treatment time or require your appointment to be rescheduled to ensure adequate care can be provided.

Treatment Suitability

Your safety is my highest priority.

Not every treatment is suitable for every individual. Before any treatment is performed, you will undergo a comprehensive consultation, including a review of your medical history, current medications, treatment goals and any relevant health conditions.

If treatment is not considered clinically appropriate or in your best interests, I may recommend an alternative treatment or defer treatment altogether. My focus is always on delivering safe, ethical and evidence-based care.
