Consultation Process

A healthcare professional, possibly a doctor, sitting and holding a tablet device, speaking with a patient sitting in a bed, in a medical setting.

At Aesthetics by Cherie, every treatment begins with a personalised consultation. This is an opportunity to discuss your concerns, understand your treatment goals and determine whether treatment is appropriate for you.

Cherie believes in taking the time to listen, educate and provide honest, evidence-based advice. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Every treatment plan is tailored to your individual facial anatomy, medical history and desired outcomes.

Step 1: Getting to Know You

Your consultation will begin with a discussion about your concerns, what you hope to achieve and any previous cosmetic or medical treatments you may have had.

Cherie will also review your medical history, current medications, allergies and any health conditions that may influence your suitability for treatment.

Step 2: Clinical Assessment

A thorough assessment will be performed to evaluate your facial anatomy or treatment area, muscle movement and skin condition, depending on the treatment being considered.

This assessment helps determine whether treatment is appropriate and allows Cherie to recommend the most suitable approach for your individual needs.

Step 3: Personalised Treatment Plan

If you are a suitable candidate for treatment, Cherie will explain the recommended treatment plan, including the expected process, potential risks, aftercare requirements and associated costs.

You'll have the opportunity to ask questions and make an informed decision before proceeding. There is never any obligation to go ahead with treatment.

Step 4: Treatment

If appropriate and you choose to proceed, treatment may be performed during the same appointment where clinically suitable.

Cherie will ensure you are comfortable throughout the procedure and provide clear aftercare instructions before you leave.

Step 5: Ongoing Care

Your care doesn't end when your appointment does.

Cherie is committed to providing ongoing support throughout your treatment journey. A review appointment may be recommended where clinically appropriate to assess your results, answer any questions and discuss future treatment if required.

At every stage, the focus is on safe, ethical and personalised care that helps you feel informed and confident in your treatment decisions.
